Lars \u00c5ke used to be a politician with responsibility for urban planning and infrastructure in the municipality of Benahav\u00eds. He has many years of experience from working in managerial positions for companies such as Skanska, Tailor Woodrow de Espa\u00f1a and Tailor Wimpey.<\/p>\n Henric Person, born 1988 \u2013Head of Property Management<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n Henric has held leading positions at hotels and restaurants in Sweden and internationally, including as hotel manager at Falkenberg Strandbad, which was named best Luxury Spa Resort in Europe 2017 by World Spa Awards under his management.
