The company’s main operation is the management of Boho Club Marbella, which forms a central part of our portfolio and represents a unique and profitable concept. Boho Club has established itself as a prominent name in the luxury hotel segment and was named Spain’s Best Boutique Hotel by the Spain Luxury Hotel Awards 2021.

In addition, we are also driving a project for the development of a new hotel facility on an attractive site, and continuing with the sale of our remaining apartments in Benahav\u00eds. These projects reflect our strategy to create and manage high-quality properties and operational businesses, which contributes to both value increase and improved net operating income for the company. Award-winning and exclusive hotel and restaurant\u00a0<\/span>project on Marbella\u2019s Golden Mile. The restaurant has\u00a0<\/span>been recommended in the Michelin Guide, and the\u00a0<\/span>hotel has received several awards for its distinctive\u00a0<\/span>design. It also won the award for Spain\u2019s best luxury\u00a0<\/span>boutique hotel 2021. The hotel has 40 rooms, with\u00a0<\/span>2\u20134 beds in each room.<\/span><\/p>\n

Construction of 10 additional rooms in the form of detached bungalows is underway and is expected to be completed in April. In 2022, the business generated sales of MSEK 76.3 (48.9) corresponding to growth of 56%. EBITDA totalled MSEK 9.5 (3.0), corresponding to an increase of 217%.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Work is underway on a new development plan, which is expected to significantly increase the number of construction rights on the property and enable further development.
